Refund policy

At INUMA, we do not offer refunds. Once a product is delivered, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, an exchange is possible only if the product is received in a damaged or broken condition, and only if:

You share a clear unboxing video showing the damage,

The video is sent to us on the same day of delivery,

The product is unused, with original tags and packaging, and

You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
